Will-Burt recently built a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, Plant 2000, where all the pneumatic masts are produced and tested. In addition to the full line of standard masts listed, Will-Burt can computer designed manufacture custom telescoping masts for virtually any height and payload weight requirement.

TELESCOPING MAST LINE            

Will-Burt designs and manufacturers a complete line of standard and custom built telescoping masts using the finest materials, advanced engineering and quality testing to consistently deliver the world's best mobile masts.

Wherever there's a need for remote communication or temporary service, Will-Burt has a mast that requires minimum manpower for fast set-up and tear-down. Will-Burt's Telescoping Masts have been used for hundreds of demanding civilian, industrial and military applications including outside broadcasts, elevated testing, communications, floodlights,target acquisition and surveillance. Free standing standard models up to72 feet can be OEM installed on a wide variety of vehicles and shelters,or they can be retrofitted onto existing equipment. Guyed models from 20feet to 134 feet are available for vehicle, trailer or field installations.

Mast System Packages

Will-Burt offers complete mast system packages by supplying a full line of accessories such as air compressors, electric positioners and floodlights. Also available is a line of lightweight portable composite telescoping field masts which range in height from 21 feet to 112 feet.

Vehicle Floodlight Applications

Will-Burt's light towers are used on fire and emergency rescue vehicles to support floodlighting assemblies at elevated heights to provide uniform illumination of the fire, ground or rescue scene. In addition to the fire and rescue market, you'll find the Will-Burt lighting system on military, airport, towing, municipal and industrial vehicles, golf courses, or anywhere lighting is critical. The roof mounted Night ScanŽ Chief provides the ultimate in high intensity floodlighting technology for smaller mobile units like ambulances and utility size vehicles. The Night ScanŽ , also roof mounted,is for larger vehicles like fire rescue trucks and airport A.R.F.F. vehicles.The Vertical Telescoping Light Towers are lighting masts with an extended height of over 41 feet and can be internally mounted through the roof,or bracket mounted to the outside of the vehicle.
